Creating this stunning penthouse apartment, with sweeping views over the iconic suburb of Green Point in Cape Town, was an exciting commission for our studio. As our third project for this client, each collaboration continues to deepen our shared enthusiasm for refined, contemporary living.

Occupying the fourth floor and stretching across the corner of the building, the penthouse enjoys uninterrupted ocean-facing views, while the rear aspect frames Lion’s Head — a combination of vistas that is truly breathtaking. Our design approach subtly embraces oceanic influences without becoming overt, layering coral tones, natural stone, and nuanced hues of blue and gold that echo the ever-changing seascape and the magnificent golden and blush-pink sunsets that wash over the skyline.

Thoughtfully considered from every angle, the home balances luxury with practicality — offering privacy, acoustic comfort, full backup power, and a splash pool on the terrace. The result is a penthouse designed for effortless living and sophisticated entertaining, year-round.
